The reason Tank doesn't do tapouts anymore -- 290ink numbing cream eases the pain of tattoos by numbing the local area where its been applied. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only, do not ingest, do not use on an open wound area. 

Instructions: Clean the area thoroughly before application, apply an even layer of numbing cream, wait about 60 minutes for full numbing effect. 

Ingredients: proprietary cream base, Lidocaine (5%)
